Designated Associates are an award winning team of experienced and highly qualified commercial and volunteer coach mentors and training consultants.

We work with organisations, teams and individuals to design, deliver and co-ordinate mentoring and coaching programmes, coach mentor training and supervision for coach mentors. For a number of contracts and clients we provide matching and programme administration for mentor/coach relationships.

Our commercial coach mentoring work underpins and sustains our socially responsible volunteer mentoring work for organisations such as Women In Business, NWDA business mentoring and British Banking Association Mentorsme programme.

Continuous professional development is at the heart of everything we do and we regularly host master classes, workshops and surgeries for our commercial and volunteer mentors ensuring the highest level of knowledge transfers.

We are members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and all of our commercial coach mentors are qualified to masters level (Level 7) with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Our managing director Elaine Owen leads the co-ordination of the Merseyside and North Cheshire cluster of European Mentoring and Coach Council who meet monthly for regular continuous professional development.
