Wirral ICT Update

Along with Wirral ICT’s website which will be online imminently, we are now going a step further to design an exhibition stand and basic marketing literature that both members and non-members can use. Wirral ICT will cover stand production costs. In exchange, smaller companies will be invited to staff the exhibition for an hour at major business events, while being free to hand out their own literature. We are currently considering the Liverpool and Wirral Business Fairs. Meanwhile, our umbrella company, Merseyside ICT, is producing its own stand that will also be available for the benefit of members Merseyside-wide. What better example could we set of mutual support in business development?

One of the benefits - and pleasures - of cluster activity is the opportunity to work with new colleagues for the benefit of as many people as possible. I met Pauline Potter of Es-net through Wirral ICT and we are jointly pulling together Wirral’s first Sirolli cluster. We both felt that Wirral should be encouraging enterprise and assisting existing businesses along Sirolli principles. This is the idea that every community’s future lies in capturing the passion, intelligence, imagination and resources of its people. Very much the driving force behind Wirral ICT! Nothing succeeds like becoming involved and working together.
