Dedicated Account Manager
Your training will be planned, scheduled and project managed by a dedicated account manager to ensure a simple yet smart training solution. We endeavour to build strong client relationships, molding ourselves around your needs and training culture and focused heavily on customer service. From experience we have found that this has proven positive results. It is our responsibility to take the pain and headache away from you when scheduling training and we see ourselves as an extension of your organisation.
Intelligent Scheduling and Planning
We work with intelligent Project Management software that allows us to proactively engage with your business. This will help you to plan your training in order to meet project deadlines, thus ensuring you have the skills when you need them. We know how important it is to have the knowledge to hand when looking at implementation issues, software/hardware upgrades and associated projects.
Training Budget Management
With our Training Voucher Scheme, Designated Associates endeavor to ensure “Best Value” is made of limited budgets for training and maximise the benefits associated by training. Vouchers are managed and are reported on monthly basis by a reconciliation report and statement.
Regular Monitoring and Reporting on Training & Return on Investment
It is our policy to monitor the feedback from every delegate attending a Designated Associates course. We can make these evaluation forms available to you if required. We also suggest that regular Account Review meetings take place throughout the Training Programme to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is attained.

Training Needs Analysis
We can undertake Training Needs Analysis for your staff. Our TNA identifies current skills as well as skill shortages. It is then mapped to a training plan, which highlights the skills gaps and then recommends pertinent course(s) and can even identify specific course modules to bridge the skills gaps. By doing this we can ensure staff are on the correct course and modular training events can be designed and delivered ensuring a “smart” training approach rather than a “blanket” approach. This tailored approach can have a big impact on your budget by saving both employee time and maximising the valuable training funds.

Hassle-free Administration
Once dates for courses and delegate names have been scheduled, we will advise each delegate of location, date, start time and course duration prior to each course commencing. This notification is usually sent by email. On completion of a course, each delegate will receive a course attendance certificate.
Efficient, Focused Service
Designated Associates is a private company enabling us to make quick decisions on issues that will effect the smooth implementation of your training. Requests for additional or alternative course dates can usually be resourced the same day as the initial enquiry. If required, a particular trainer can be requested to ensure continuity of delivery, thus building a relationship between delegates and trainer.
